Yes. Orange Beach is a small coastal city with highly rated schools and a year-round community that is a lot quieter than summer traffic suggests. Housing costs run higher than much of Alabama, and insurance is part of the math, but residents get beach life every day, not just on vacation.
Can you really make money with a beach rental?
It depends on the property, the HOA rules, and your expectations. Some condos allow short-term rentals and generate solid income during peak season. Others have restrictions. I will help you understand the real numbers before you buy, not after.
What is the beach tax?
